We absolutely loved our stay, the sunsets are 🤌. We parked our tryck for the weekend and walked to Pier Park and to surrounding restaurants. We used Door Dash one evening and they were familiar with the area, had no problem delivering to the condo. 1,000% recommend for a couple's getaway! Dan was very respectful and informative during our stay. The place is well cared for. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. The beach cart is a great touch for beach lovers.

We absolutely loved this condo and the whole community. Beautiful place and property, clean, comfortable beds (my husband is picky about beds) tons of heated pools that my 3 year old loved, and most importantly a GREAT host! There's also a Beautiful view of the ocean and we were able to see the sunset from the balcony every night.. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

This property was exactly where my wife and I wanted to stay at! Even for the off-season, this was a wonderful stay. Dan was also VERY helpful with the check-in/check-out processes and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this to any of my friends!

Dan was amazing! He was extremely kind, considerate, accommodating, and flexible. Dan had great recommendations and explained everything well. He went above and beyond. The condo was clean and beautiful. We would absolutely stay again! Dan was quick to respond and wonderful host. The location was perfect! My family and I had a great time, very relaxing and peaceful-exactly what we needed. Book with Dan you will be happy you did!

Dan has a beautiful home close to restaurants and grocery stores. Property was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need for a 4 day vacation. Dan was responsive and accommodating.
Would definitely stay at this property again if we return to PCB.

This condo was perfect for our family to stay at for the local marathon; however, we enjoyed it so much we’d like to go back in the summer!
Dan was an excellent host and allowed us to check in early which was helpful to prepare for our race.
Edgewater is beautiful, has friendly staff and is family-friendly!

Dan's descriptions and pictures are extremely accurate. The home was spotlessly clean, a major plus. The location is outstanding. Dan is a superior host who responds in a timely fashion. My family and I had an excellent stay and will definitely be back.

I stayed in Dan’s condo in PCB for two nights with my mom and two kids for a nice little weekend getaway, truly such a nice place to stay. The view from the balcony is STUNNING, a perfect and beautiful ocean view. The entire condo was clean, comfortable and also kid friendly!! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, a coffee maker, even a blender. Overall a great place to stay, right on the beach with access to not only the ocean but to pools and a hot tub. 10/10

Excelente lugar para quedarse, todo estaba muy cerca. La casa impecable, me sentĂ super cĂłmoda allĂ. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Dan es super amigable y contesta muy rápido a todo, sus instrucciones muy claras. Lo recomiendo y de volver usarĂa de nuevo su propiedad!

Dans home was beautiful and very clean. His response time was wonderful, he was very friendly and everything was communicated thoroughly. When we come back we will love to stay again.
