Dan has a beautiful home close to restaurants and grocery stores. Property was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need for a 4 day vacation. Dan was responsive and accommodating.
Would definitely stay at this property again if we return to PCB.

This condo was perfect for our family to stay at for the local marathon; however, we enjoyed it so much we’d like to go back in the summer!
Dan was an excellent host and allowed us to check in early which was helpful to prepare for our race.
Edgewater is beautiful, has friendly staff and is family-friendly!

Dan's descriptions and pictures are extremely accurate. The home was spotlessly clean, a major plus. The location is outstanding. Dan is a superior host who responds in a timely fashion. My family and I had an excellent stay and will definitely be back.

I stayed in Dan’s condo in PCB for two nights with my mom and two kids for a nice little weekend getaway, truly such a nice place to stay. The view from the balcony is STUNNING, a perfect and beautiful ocean view. The entire condo was clean, comfortable and also kid friendly!! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, a coffee maker, even a blender. Overall a great place to stay, right on the beach with access to not only the ocean but to pools and a hot tub. 10/10

Very great place everything was perfect and he has everything you need there pots and pans it’s very clean. It has 2 tvs with Netflix and other apps. You can see the beach view from the balcony. Beds are comfortable and they have uno cards and other cards games they also have beach toys . Just everything was perfect me and my kids had fun they really enjoyed it. Also it very close to eating places !!

Dans place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and beach access. The condo was clean and well stocked. The instructions for check in and out were clear and easy to follow. We will be back to stay here!

Dan was everything you wanted in a host responsive and I mean quick!!! he had recommendations, he was flexible, the space was exactly like the pictures, very clean they had everything you needed. This place was absolutely incredible the view was breathtaking I mean this was everything I hoped it would be I’m very happy with the stay I will definitely come back if he has the availability thank you Dan for everything !

A Slice of Paradise on Panama City Beach!
From the moment we stepped into this stunning condo, we knew our vacation had just been upgraded to dream status. The owner is an absolute gem—warm, attentive, and lightning-fast with responses. Any question we had (and we had a few, from beach chair rentals to the best local seafood spots) was answered with genuine care and insider tips that made our stay even sweeter.
The condo itself? Immaculate. Spotless from top to bottom, with every detail thoughtfully stocked—beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen (hello, Keurig AND a blender for morning smoothies), and even a wagon full of beach stuff. It felt like a home away from home, only with a jaw-dropping, unobstructed view of the Gulf from the balcony that had us glued to our coffee every sunrise and wine every sunset.
The location is perfection—steps from the sugar-white beach and a short stroll to Pier Park for dining and fun. One of our favorite spots to date! Book it. You won’t regret it!!

Dan was super attentive and a super great host. Had a great time in his condo and he was super accommodating. Really enjoyed his place and the amenities (beach stuff and kitchen stuff). Loved it and spent a great time as a family.
