House Rules
- Check-in time is at 4 PM, check-out time is at 10 AM - If the guest stays past the check-out time of 10 AM (unless a later check-out time has been approved), then they will be charged an additional nights stay. - The primary renter must be over the age of 25 - Maximum number of overnight guests is 6, and this is a strict maximum. - Guests that are not included in the original reservation are not allowed to spend the night at the property. - The hallway twin over twin bunk beds are rated to 200 lbs each bed, so guest must agree to not have any guests, which don’t meet the weight requirement, sleep in the bunk beds. - Guests must adhere to the Emerald Beach resort rules, which are posted in our online digital guidebook - Events & parties at the property are not allowed - Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 10 AM - Pets are not allowed at the property - Smoking is not allowed inside the property - As mentioned in the listing, there are exterior cameras at the front of the property for guest & home security, as well as for adherence to the house rules. If these house rules are not followed, the guest may be asked to leave the property.

Lots of Beachfront Restaurants are within walking distance - Runaway Island, Sharkey's, Barefoot Beach Club, Salvatore's. And Pier Park is about a mile from the condo. There is a ring doorbell mounted on the front of the door. There is also a water leak detection system installed throughout the condo. Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
