House Rules

- Check-in time is at 4 PM, check-out time is at 10 AM - If the guest stays past the check-out time of 10 AM (unless a later check-out time has been approved), then they will be charged an additional nights stay. - The primary renter must be over the age of 25 - Maximum number of overnight guests is 6, and this is a strict maximum. - Guests that are not included in the original reservation are not allowed to spend the night at the property. - The hallway twin over twin bunk beds are rated to 200 lbs each bed, so guest must agree to not have any guests, which don’t meet the weight requirement, sleep in the bunk beds. - Guests must adhere to the Emerald Beach resort rules, which are posted in our online digital guidebook - Events & parties at the property are not allowed - Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 10 AM - Pets are not allowed at the property - Smoking is not allowed inside the property - As mentioned in the listing, there are exterior cameras at the front of the property for guest & home security, as well as for adherence to the house rules. If these house rules are not followed, the guest may be asked to leave the property.

Other Details to Note

Lots of Beachfront Restaurants are within walking distance - Runaway Island, Sharkey's, Barefoot Beach Club, Salvatore's. And Pier Park is about a mile from the condo. There is a ring doorbell mounted on the front of the door. There is also a water leak detection system installed throughout the condo. Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Great location, walking distance to everything elevators were a big help. You didn’t have to wait long. It’s a great location and a great little space to rent if you want a nice family getaway.

Dan‘s place was absolutely beautiful! You can tell a lot of time and effort went into decorating and ensuring it would be perfect. If you’re looking for a place right on the beach, definitely consider this one!

This was my first time ever booking a family vacation and a airb&b. Dan was very prompt, helpful, friendly and courteous. The place was beautiful, right on the beach, very clean, and felt right at home, and a very enjoyable atmosphere. I really appreciated that Dan had beach toys, a cooler, and other things there for us to use so that we didn't have to haul everything with us and it made my packing a lot easier. We will definitely stay here again if possible whenever we go on vacation again.

The place was beautiful and felt like home. Loved the view from the balcony. The beds were super comfy. The owner was very quick with communication. I will say this too as it was a concern for me and most people may wonder, being on the 20th floor wasn’t an issue with the elevators for us, They had recently renovated the ones we used and it was super quick. We will definitely stay here again :)

Best place we’ve ever stayed in PCB—by far. Dan’s condo was spotless, comfy & perfectly set up. Arrival was stress-free thanks to his clear instructions. We dropped our bags, stocked the super clean fridge & hit the beach. Balcony view is amazing. Tons of beach toys for the kids, loungers & umbrella for the adults, plus plenty of towels (even beach towels—other places often skimp). Had a few questions & Dan replied within minutes. Location’s unbeatable: across the street from the best boiled seafood spot (Local Steamer), great pizza, ice cream shop, convenience store & Alvin’s Island. Exceeded all expectations. We’ll definitely be back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. Dan was very prompt in responding to any questions we had and also very accommodating to our requests. The condo was very clean. The staff in the building were friendly and helpful, even the maintenance guys took time to help us when they were busy doing other things. The elevators were fast. We didn’t have wait long on one. I love the fact there’s an abundance of luggage carts in the lobby and in the garage on all floors. This was super convenient at arrival and departure. I would recommend this place to anyone and will book it again if it’s available the next time I stay in Panama City.

We had a nice stay at Dan’s condo. Dan was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. The condo was clean and the kitchen had plenty of cookware to prepare meals. We appreciated having an umbrella and beach chairs provided . Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The balcony is very private with no visibility from nearby balconies. We also heard no noise from nearby units during our stay. We would stay here again !

We had a wonderful vacation at Dan's condo! It's just like the pictures and even better! Everything in this condo is clean and working properly! The complex itself is clean and well maintained. Free parking is a nice bonus! Our favorite spot is the balcony. We spent wonderful breakfasts on it overlooking the ocean and evenings with the sound of the waves.....
