With a resort-like backyard, gulf views, game-room, complete w/private heated pool, & an outdoor dining area w/grill, your perfect beach vacation is waiting! Located 1 block from beach, & walking distance to many restaurants, entertainment, shopping & more! Make sure to check out the GULF VIEW/SUNSET from the 3rd floor patio! Minimum age to book is 25
Good to know
Only steps from the white sands & beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Spacious decks from all bedrooms and on 2nd & 3rd floors, great for relaxing or watching the sunset! 3rd floor game-room with patio & gulf view. Very spacious bedrooms, with 3 of the bedrooms having their own en-suite dual sink spacious bathrooms. Each of these 3 bedrooms have a smart tv and a queen bed and the largest bedroom on 2nd floor also has a twin over twin bunk bed. The 3rd floor has a triple bunk bed (1 full & 2 twins), half bath, & board games/foosball table/etc. and has a beautiful view of the gulf. Watch the fireworks, sunset or sunrise from the balconies over the most beautiful beaches in the world! Leave your beach toys at home as we have plenty of extra beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, wagon to haul items to the beach, pool rafts/tubes, volleyball net, a pool/beach cooler, games, etc. in our guest accessible storage sheds. We provide a starter pack of basic supplies & consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.) so you may need to bring or purchase additional supplies, based on the length of your stay. The Blue Crab is a 4 minute walk to the nearest public beach access point, Rick Seltzer Park, which has public restrooms & outdoor showers.
House Rules
- Minimum booking age of 25 - Guests that are not included in the original reservation are not allowed to spend the night at the property. - If guests stay past the check-out time of 10 AM (unless a late check-out was approved) then an additional nights fee will be incurred. - Do not leave doors or windows open for an extended period of time if running the AC - Unsupervised children & glass bottles/containers are not allowed in the pool area - As mentioned in the listing, there are exterior cameras at the front & back of the property for guest & home security, as well as for adherence to the house rules.

Minimum age to book is 25, with some exceptions. Pool is cleaned & serviced 2X per week, typically on Wednesdays & Saturdays. There are security cameras on the front & back exterior of the property.

Full access to the home, as well as access to 2 of the 3 outdoor sheds, which include additional guest amenities such as grill, cooler, pool volleyball net, beach & pool toys, beach chairs, extra outdoor chairs, etc. Sheds can also be used for storage of guests items such as bikes, gulf cart, etc.

There are approximately 15 restaurants (a few within 5 mins) within a 1 mile walk, as well as the beach is a 5 minute walk. There are also many golf cart rentals nearby. There are a couple nearby grocery stores that are a 5 minute drive or golf cart ride away.
